Your order will be processed and shipped using Royal Mail Second Class within two business days.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted if the item has arrives damaged and I receive a clear photo of the item.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
If for any reason you don't receive your order, please email me ASAP. In most instances I will send a replacement free of charge.
If you have ordered a commission and you do not receive it I cannot offer a refund but I can offer to complete another, free of charge.
